RECENT MYSTERIOUS AND HAZARDOUS “INCIDENTS” WHICH MAY CONSTITUTE GOVERNMENT OR GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED TERRORIST-LIKE HARASSMENT AND STALKING OF TED GUNDERSON AND CLARENCE MALCOLM – LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

...and/or supplemental information relating to the Wendy’s “finger-in-the-chili” scandal...which has resulted in escalated oppression against these investigators.

⁰¹ Tuesday, April 19, 2005, approximately 3 pm, I left Gunderson’s place to go run some errands when I noticed that I was being followed. I made a left on Desert Inn Road...when...I noticed that one of the surveillance crew was the very same “wicked-looking blonde” that had followed me in the BMW coup on April 12^th—but this time she was driving a different BMW—and again, like before, she had a newly-lit cigarette in her mouth. [Obtain and read ‘Ted Gunderson Synopsis, page 12, next to last paragraph. This report possibly ties (via compounded circumstantial evidence)...to the apparent *BLACK OPS “death squad” that is presently unlawfully and illegally stalking and harassing Gunderson and me...to the Wendy’s “finger-in-the-chili” insurance fraud perpetrated by Anna Ayala and her “associates.”] I guess this mysterious female “predator” and “crew” member likes to ”light-up”...to help her calm her nerves... just before she goes into action to “target” someone—namely “me”—again on this afternoon. I continue to be followed by persons unknown wherever I go.

[*Hereinafter, the term BLACK OP means a C.I.A., Military Intelligence or other domestic covert operation by government or government-sponsored personnel.]

⁰² I would like to point out that all this “harassment” and “stalking” appears to have started a few weeks following February 22^nd, 2005, when I submitted a verified criminal complaint to David Roger, the Clark County District Attorney. I also intended it as my bona fide claim for $250,000 to the Finance/Risk Management Departments for both Clark County and the City of Las Vegas for personal injuries I had received after being falsely arrested and unlawfully imprisoned by the LVMPD on August 22, 2004 on a bogus “doing business absent a license” charge (which was later thrown out by D.A. Roger.) That same evening, I apparently angered a couple of LVMPD corrections officers at the Clark County Detention Center (hereinafter “CCDC”) by persistently demanding a “probable cause” hearing before a magistrate—because I was summarily assaulted, battered and TORTURED by these two rogue officers—whereby they executed a contortion technique that causes unbearable and excruciating pain—which they fondly referred to as “The TWIST.” My felony complaint-claim against all involved LVMPD and CCDC officers exposed how the City of Las Vegas and Clark County have been using this unlawful and illegal torture-technique to arbitrary punish arrestees and inmates; a flagrant violation of the 8^th Amendment prohibiting “cruel and unusual punishment”...as well as...violating Federal, State and International Law, not to fail to mention clearly established case law.

⁰³ Moreover, the fact that at least two predicate acts were committed by the LVMPD/CCDC personnel against me in violation of Federal law qualifies the City of Las Vegas--via its police officers--as an organized crime syndicate and racketeering enterprise under the *RICO Act [*In 1970, Congress passed the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1961-1968.]; wherein crime against “property” was involved since Police unlawfully and illegally robbed me of my private property during the course of the custodial arrest under the pretext that it was somehow “evidence” of crime. Unfortunately, as I’ve recently learned, exposing local government crime and corruption in Las Vegas, Nevada, can be very harmful to a “whistle-blower”...as I will show below.

⁰⁴ After I submitted my felony complaint-claim pursuant to clearly established law, it became evident to me that known and unknown officials, employees and/or contractors working for Las Vegas and Clark County became involved --evidently--in a sinister conspiracy to unlawfully and illegally harass me, to perjure a sworn ‘Declaration of Arrest,’ to deny me victim’s rights (a protected “status”) and due process pursuant to clearly established State law; but rather, said persons--apparently--hired a “gang” to unlawfully and illegally stalk me and otherwise escalate the level of persecution against me, a felony in itself—in retaliation for my having exposed the “TWIST-TORTURE” via my *verified criminal complaint and *claim. [*A verified criminal complaint via affidavit is a “claim” against the insurance bond of a felony accused “official or officer.”] This inhumane torture of arrestees and inmates had been--more likely than not--going on for a long period of time as a matter of LVMPD policy, procedure or practice prior to my having exposed it. I now believe these identified and yet unidentified “outlaws” have decided they’d rather kill me than pay me on the $250,000 claim which I legitimately submitted for the severe physical suffering and mental anguish I endured while unlawfully and illegally locked up for 54 hours at the CCDC; notwithstanding the true fact that I’m supposed to be protected by authorities as a bona fide victim, witness, informant and complainant to this outrageous local government crime, corruption and outrageous TORTURE.

⁰⁵ Gerry Spence, the world-famous trial lawyer and best-selling author described the TWIST-TORTURE I suffered as “terrible”—after learning about what the City of Las Vegas had done to me—via its brutal police department. I hope to convince Gerry Spence to take my case to Federal Court in the event that my meritorious $250,000 claim is denied; God willing that I should live so long since it has become painfully evident that Ted Gunderson and me are presently “under attack–evidently--by a government or government-sponsored “hit team.” Wendy’s thinks they have a big mystery to solve with the “appearing” finger...well...so do I in solving the “mystery” as to the EXACT identities of the people and organization who are involved in the evil conspiracy to “eliminate” me and Gunderson.

⁰⁶ Why am I convinced this “crew” that is stalking and harassing us is trying to kill us? Well, I think it’s important in this document to expose what happened to me on the morning of March 15^th and 16^th, 2005, approximately three weeks after I had submitted my verified criminal complaint to Las Vegas and Clark County officials. On Tuesday, March 15^th, I and a friend went to a Enterprise Car Rental location to find out how much it would cost to rent an automobile since we had planned to travel to Barstow, California, the following day to conduct some business there. We were inside Enterprise only for about ten minutes.

⁰⁷ We exited Enterprise to return to our automobile when we noticed that a Las Vegas Police patrol car had parked directly behind us (perpendicular to the rear of our van) and a Metro officer had stopped a compact gray-color car right there in that spot. As we walked to our automobile, I noticed that the detained motorist was sitting inside his car and making furtive movements. I also noticed that his car had no rear license plate! As we neared our own automobile, this driver suddenly looked back at me and hollered: “hey buddy, do you have a cigarette?” I shouted back to him: “Sorry, I don’t smoke.”

⁰⁸ The Las Vegas police officer was sitting behind the wheel of his patrol car as he appeared to be filling out a traffic ticket—but strangely, he never once glanced up at me as I walked right by the passenger side door of his vehicle. I had a hunch right then and there that this could be a set-up! The timing was just too uncanny!! I mean, what is the chance that this guy would just happened to get stopped directly behind our car, during the ten minutes that we were inside Enterprise, in a city as large as Las Vegas...which...by the way, has a severe shortage of police officers? I believed at that moment--as I do now--that this was indeed a “set-up.” My very reliable intuition informed me that if I had walked up to this car, I was going to get shot by the driver...or...at the very least, arrested for “interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duty.” We quickly climbed into our automobile and I was able to drive away only after maneuvering forward and backward several times to get out from behind this police car. Seeing what has happened to me since this time, I believe this driver was going to shoot me.

⁰⁹ The following day (March 16^th) my friend and I went to pick-up the Enterprise car we rented and headed for Barstow, California when about six miles outside of Las Vegas I noticed that we were being followed. I later estimated that at least an eight-car-crew was involved. About half way to Barstow, an older model, two door Mercedes Benz driven by a middle eastern-looking or Latin-looking individual was following me when he suddenly acceler-ated, passed me, and then positioned himself in front of my car. At the same time I noticed that a very new, silver Ford pick-up truck was following me while a four-door black automobile (possibly a Ford) driven by a female, who was wearing what appeared to be a bright orange wig, quickly positioned her car to

my left on this two lane section of Interstate 15. We were all driving at about 65 mph and it appeared that my car was “boxed” in.

¹⁰ I noticed that the individual in front of me driving the Mercedes was on his cellphone continuously—THEN SUDDENLY, HIS CAR BEGAN SPEWING OUT A STRANGE GAS THAT WAS BLUE IN COLOR. This sudden and most unusual expulsion of blue gas was like nothing I have ever seen. Both my companion and me were shocked to witness what was happening—then I shouted out: “I think we’re being gassed!!” I wanted to escape the spewing gas by moving into the left lane and proceeding to drive around the Mercedes but the black automobile was blocking me from executing this maneuver. We were effectively trapped behind the gas that was entering our car through the air conditioner vent. [I did not think to suddenly slow down and back off until the blue gas had already stopped.] Less than a one-half minute later, the gas stopped spewing out and the strange driver, while still on his cellphone, sped away at a very high rate of speed with the black car following him. The silver truck continued to follow us, even when I deliberately slowed to 50 mph and accele-rated to 75 mph, until we eventually pulled into a rest stop to use the restroom where he also turned in and parked about 80 feet behind us. My friend and I could not stop talking about this mysterious incident!

¹¹ After we left the rest area I could no longer detect anyone following us but just before we arrived in Barstow, California, I had a bad headache and I developed an unusual cramp in my lower left leg. My friend had no immediate symptoms. After we finished our business in Barstow, we returned to Las Vegas, Nevada without further incident; nor could detect that we were being followed ...but...I was feeling “abnormal”...like I was becoming ill. The next day, my friend and me both became ill; I much more so.

¹² The following week, I could not accomplish any work due to extreme fatigue and I had to take frequent naps. My under-scalp would itch severely and my chest heated up like an oven, especially between the hours of 3 am and 5 am (approximately). I had become very ill. When I told Ted Gunderson over the telephone about how sick I had become since the “gassing” incident, he told me it sounded like I had been “poisoned.” He called every day thereafter to check on me. The friend who had accompanied me to Barstow came down with the same chronic fatigue as I. Prior to this “gassing” incident neither of us had any of these symptoms. What were we sprayed with? I still have no certain answer—but my symptoms of illness are obvious!

¹³ As of April 25^th, I am still combating symptoms of a strange illness that I believe originated from the blue gas inhaled by my friend and I from the Mercedes during our trip to Barstow, California. We have both been taking antibiotics ever since and we both continue to experience an unusual fatigue and general discomfort. I administered micro-electric frequency treatments to both my friend and myself using an experimental apparatus developed by the late Dr. Bob Beck that has been proven to destroy nearly all bacteria and viruses in the blood. This has brought considerable relief but the symptoms nevertheless remained.

¹⁴ During the early morning of April 21^st I was laying in bed and unable to sleep due to my chest feeling “heated” and the itching under portions of my scalp...when...I noticed an unusual high-pitched humming sound like that of a model airplane—but emitted by a much larger engine. I walked about the house, looked out the window and even went into the yard to try and determine where this strange noise was coming from but I could not hear it clearly unless I was inside the apartment. All I knew for certain was that it was descending from the sky above me and it was more easily heard inside the building because of the vibration produced on the structure itself. Then, suddenly, I realized that this sound was occurring each and every time I had experienced severe irritations in my lungs and scalp—between the hours of approximately 3 am and 5 am each morning since at least April 12^th.

¹⁵ In other words, my physical symptoms were synonymous with the manifestation of the humming noise (on those early mornings when it was present)—they both were occurring at the same time. I telephoned Gunderson to tell him that I believed a military drone was being remotely operated over the residence and it was beaming down some kind of harmful wave that was increasing the negative impact of whatever agent I had in my body from the mysterious gas-attack. I asked him what he thought about my theory that the “blue gas” we were sprayed with was somehow being “energized” by a remote-controlled drone flown over my residence and it was responsible for causing the severe symptoms I was experiencing. Gunderson agreed that “anything was possible” being we have both--evidently--become targets of some kind of BLACK OP operation, we believe; one that apparently wants to kill us and make it look like a natural death. After I reported my theory to Gunderson, the next day I could detect no humming sound (from a possible drone) and I experienced no severe heating up of my lungs and itching under my scalp. Interestingly, nor has the “humming” returned as of the day of the righting of this report.

¹⁶ I wondered, could the strange deaths of so many political dissidents and U.F.O. scientists around the country by apparent natural causes (e.g. cancer or heart attack) actually be caused by a covert “assassin squad” that first sprays the “target” with a insidious gas—then later attacks him or her with hi-tech “waves” or “beams” that provide the necessary catalyst to energize or activate the foreign chemical or biological agent? Is it possible that the lethal gas is released into an exhaust system from a pressurized storage tank mounted underneath the chassis of an assassin’s automobile? I believe this is exactly what was done to my friend and I at the time we observed the blue-colored gas spew from the Mercedes that had positioned itself in front of us.

¹⁷ The technology certainly exists to deploy such a diabolical “killing machine” against American political dissidents or anyone else who is deemed to be complaining too much about the government. What kind of substance could be used in this manner to effectively kill-off “selected” targets? The answer, I believe, is radioactive uranium dust pressurized into a deadly vapor! This “dust” alone when inhaled will be enough to kill anyone in less than a year... but...if a “beam” of some kind is directed to a “poisoned” person, then death could possibly be achieved much sooner, in weeks perhaps. I sincerely believe this is exactly what has been unlawfully and illegally executed against me—and more recently, against Ted Gunderson [read what happened to him below]—with intent to kill us as quickly as possible as part of a covert BLACK OP operation to rid the nation of people who complaint about rampant government crime, corruption and/or tyrannical abuse of power!

¹⁸ Here’s more so-called “conspiracy theory” stuff to consider; could the “POWERS THAT BE” have used American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq as guinea pigs to test the physical effects of radiation poisoning so that this technology could be used on politically “unpopular” civilians here in the States? Could this be the reason that depleted uranium was used to manufacture bullets and artillery shells—exposure to which is presently killing countless hundreds of them, destroying the health of radiation-contaminated survivors, and causing birth defects in their children, after they have returned to the United States?

¹⁹ My research on the internet concerning “uranium dust” contamination has lead me to conclude that this toxic radioactive “killer” may be the preferred covert technology of choice for “eliminating” political dissidents, anti-war protesters, New World Order resisters and other perceived enemies of the United Stated government. No hard evidence is yet available to prove this theory—but my sudden demise in the very near future could provide strong circumstantial evidence since. Of course, the best evidence will be revealed from an autopsy of my corpse—should lethal radiation, chemicals or pathogens be discovered. Otherwise, the next best thing is for someone to actually shoot down a drone (if this is even possible).

²⁰ Now, before I inform the readers of this report about how Gunderson was apparently gassed with a “poison” in like or similar manner as I was, I wish to report what occurred over Gunderson’s Las Vegas apartment about noontime, Thursday, April 21^st. I heard two helicopters hovering over his place. I looked out from his apartment terrace and observed a very new or late model civilian helicopter and a green military helicopter hovering above me with a huge, white, half-dome-shaped apparatus mounted underneath it. This military chopper appeared to be “scanning” our place—judging from how it moved slowly forward from one end of the building to the other.

—very slowly and precisely—as if it were scanning the inside of the place. It was army green in color and very modern. This is the second time in several months that Malcolm has seen this helicopter hovering at low altitude above is place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ask yourself this: what has America become that good people like Ted Gunderson and Clarence Malcolm have become the subjects of Black OP or Military aerial surveillance? Is this sort of terror-tactics what all Americans can expect when they speak out against obvious government crime, corruption and abuses of power or otherwise complain about the injustices they discover? Apparently so!

²¹ What exactly were these choppers doing? Why is the government harassing law-abiding citizens like Gunderson and me—who are “good guys.” We’re not criminals; nor have we done anything to hurt anyone. Or, are we considered “anti-government” when we exercise our right to complain about the rampant crime and corruption in government and otherwise exercise our fundamental right to free speech and to petition government for redress of grievances? It has become apparent to us that we may have NO rights whatsoever anymore! What we publish and report must have a lot of truth to it or else government would completely ignore us as “whackos” and/or as “conspiracy nuts.” This sort of government disruption of our peace of mind, surveillance, stalking, harassment, and political persecution is exactly what Hitler [also Stalin] executed against his ill-perceived political opponents during his reign of terror as the “Dictator” of Germany under his Law Martial Power ...and...evidently, this is exactly what is happening RIGHT NOW in America today, we believe. Both Gunderson and I are living proof that any law-abiding and rights-assertive individual can be targeted for tyrannical-terror by an unaccountable and hostile government. Yet, the fact remains, that I and other members of the general public have been informed by the F.B.I. that the agency wants to be kept informed about “public crime and corruption” when any of us becomes aware of it. Apparently, however, they no longer want to know about any wrongdoing within the Federal government!

²² Although Ted Gunderson is presently in Southern California doing investigative work, he has reported that he is suffering the same symptoms of extreme fatigue and severe itching under his scalp as I am suffering from. He had already explained to me that he was followed to California and three automobiles attempted to box him in exactly the same manner as they did my friend and I when we made our trip to Barstow, California. When Gunderson observed what was happening, he remembered what I told him had happened to me and he immediately hit his breaks to slow down to 40 mph and allowed the cars beside and in front of him to get far ahead. He believed that these unknown felony “stalkers” “ [it constitutes a serious felony to intentionally harm a retired Federal agent] were setting him up to be gassed in like manner as they had sprayed me and my friend...but...his quick response may have prevented the consummation of this obvious “set-up”.

²³ Unfortunately, however, he believes that he still may have inhaled some poisonous gas at that time...or...at some other time since then...because he is presently suffering from the same “poison” symptoms as I. Or, someone may have injected a toxic-gas into his car or inside his Los Angeles apartment when he was away or asleep, he now believes. His recent blood test revealed no obvious problems—yet, he continues to suffer from unexplained “abnormal” symptoms that he (like me) did not have a few weeks before. He (like me) has yet to be tested for radiation contamination. Although, we may be doing this very soon.

²⁴ Gunderson and I believe we are victims of a poison-gas attack. We believe this because of the radical and negative changes in our health. Was Gunderson, me, and my friend gassed with radioactive uranium vapor? I believe that we were! Gunderson and I intend to have blood test conducted every few weeks to determine if our bodies have begun to produce an abnormal increase in white blood cells, a symptom of radioactive poisoning that eventually leads to leukemia and, of course, death of the physical organism.

²⁵ One of the reasons Gunderson and I are disseminating this urgent report is so that people will know the truth of what happened to us in the event of our untimely demise; evidently, a rogue element within the United States govern-ment is hellbent on murdering Americans who it arbitrarily deems “radical” or an opposition to its hidden “political” agenda...and...it has--evidently--developed a covert and effective means to murder!

²⁴ Interestingly, Carton-Kauffman of Guatamala [see ‘Ted Gunderson Synopsis’ to learn how Carton-Kauffman is linked to us being stalked and harassed by unknown persons] is a super-wealthy, Jewish-owned and controlled corporation that is involved in developing and distributing biological and pharmaceutical products. We believe that this firm is a C.I.A.- “connected” or “front” company. Did the blue gas we were sprayed with originate from there? I wonder! Moreover, why is the News now apparently “prepping” us for a biological attack by informing us [reported the 3^rd week of April] that a “killer” Asian virus was accidentally shipped to health centers all over the nation. We believe that the next major TERRORIST attack against America will be a “biological” one. This very real possibility should not be readily dismissed absent serious consideration!

The deaths that result from the above shown diabolical technology will appear to have occurred naturally (e.g. heart attack, stroke and cancer.) This gas can be easily injected into people’s houses and automobiles, as well. Do a search on the internet under “mysterious deaths” to learn how so many people have met a sudden and apparently premature demise. Gunderson and Malcolm wish to warn America about what they have discovered! Help wanted!!
